Family Goal

Jamie decided she wanted our family to do what the Laurels in our ward did a couple of years ago, do baptisms at every temple in Utah.

Yesterday we started on our journey by going to the Draper temple.

It is great having children motivate you to do good things.

Sam is home!!

Thursday, January 21, Sam came home. His flight was suppose to be in at 11:00 pm but it came in at 10:00 pm. Sam said he really didn't think we would be there since his flight was early. Scott was tracking his flight on the Internet. We knew when his plane was getting in.

There is nothing quite like that hug after two years.

The first stop on the way home from the airport was Maceys to get a Sobee.

I think Andrew kind of likes his brother.

Andrew got a picture of Sam fixing supper the other night.

The second stop was Friday to get a new suit and shoes. I should of taken a picture. They were worn out.

The third stop was Saturday to the temple. The last time he was able to go to the temple was in the MTC.

It is great having Sam home. He is still Sam, just an improved version.

He is adjusting to "normal" life, the time change and catching up on all the things he missed being in a foreign country for two years.

His plan is to find a job so he can earn some money to go to school.

"A friend is someone who knows all about you and likes you anyway."

Over the Martin Luther King holiday the Johnsons invited us to Bear River Lodge.
It was a relaxing, fun week-end.

They even got me to go sledding and play the Wii (sword fighting).

New Years Eve

On New Years Eve we went up to Temple Square to see the lights.

Andrew says he never remembers going there. I guess the last time we were there he was too little to remember. We will have to be better at doing the family things we have done with the older kids so he doesn't miss out.

Christmas Holiday

Yes, I am finally getting around to posting our Christmas pictures. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday. Molly was home for four weeks and we got to talk to Sam.
