Banana Splits

Many years ago Elder Nelson gave a talk in the priesthood session of conference which inspired this family tradition.

When the men get home from the priesthood session of conference we all make banana splits and sit around the table while they tell us about the talks.

We even bought banana split boats for this and

it is the one time I buy the canned whipped cream which my family loves.

I have seen them squirt it right out of the can into their mouths.

Sam tells us in Hungary they make little cones for the children that are filled with this instead of ice cream.
